leg day yumminess

hadn't been to the gym in about two weeks because i've been so busy
today i finally was able to go so of course i made it a leg day

i decided to switch up my post-gym protein shake with a healthy green smoothie so i'm sharing my recipe with you

     

1 cup greek yogurt 
2 cups spinch
1 carrot
2 celery sticks

warning: most people probably won't find it tasty at all, but as they say, "abs are made in the kitchen" so you gotta suck it up (no pun intended) [my boyfriend took two large sips and hated life the entire time he was drinking it]

personally, i've always enjoyed raw veggies over sweets, so i enjoyed the shake


blend together until all of the ingredients are liquified and there ya go, an easy and healthy post-gym green smoothie



oh, and then my adorable pup lily wanted to crash my mini shoot
